Exclusive Buenos Aires from $198.00
(4 day 3 night in Orly Hotel IN DOUBLE OCUPANCY)

Sprawling from Río de la Plata into the Argentine plains, Buenos Aires might well be located in Europe, what with architecture often reminiscent of Paris and an old world culture that thrives in the world's largest opera house. By day, the lively sidewalk cafes, parks, gardens, and pedestrian malls are hopping. After dark, traditional tango bars and the phenomenal Argentine cuisine most notably, steaks and Malbec wine offer the sensual pleasures this country is known for.

Itinerary Day by Day

Day 1 (Buenos Aires)

Breakfast. City Tour. Built in the 19th Century, an era of plenty for the wealthy gaucho land barons of Argentina, Buenos Aires is a city of contrasts offering a blend of old world charm and modern conveniences that rival the architecture and sophistication of Paris. This afternoon city tour takes us along the 9th of July Avenue, the widest in the world, passing the where we view the "Casa Rosada" (Pink House). Our tour of the city with a stop at the San Telmo, home to the famous San Telmo Antique Market, a favorite pastime of the Portenos, as the residents of the city are called, and tourists alike (the antique flea market takes place only on Sundays). In a departure from the sophistication that is Buenos Aires, here you’ll experience the bohemian side of the city with its mimes, impersonators, musicians and the ubiquitous tango dancers offering free lessons to the least inhibited passersby. Nest we visit the famous Café Tortoni, the oldest Café house in Argentina and home to the literature and intellectual capital of Buenos Aires since 1858. Continuing on to the chic quarter of Recoleta with sidewalk cafes. Nearby is its famous cemetery, a necropolis of elaborate mausoleums, including that of Eva Peron.

Return to hotel. Free afternoon. Overnight (B)

Day 2 (Buenos Aires – Time at leisure)

After breakfast, time al leisure, we suggest to take a full day excursion to the Tigre and the Delta of the Paraná or a Tour to Estancia "La Alameda". Overnight (B)

Option 1: FULL DAY EXCURSION TO THE SUBURBS AND THE DELTA OF THE PARANA RIVER Leaving the city through the northern area, we will encounter the most elegant area of Buenos Aires, until arriving at the beginning of the "Tren de la Costa" (Riverside Train), near the Presidential Major House. From the train we will see the luxurious mansions built during the last century on the banks of the Río de la Plata. We will stop at San Isidro station to visit an important and modern shopping center. After arriving at Tigre, the home district of summer residences, yacht clubs and rowing clubs, a weekend getaway for "Porteños" (local residents of Buenos Aires). We will sail through rivers and canals among the islands of the Paraná Delta, one of the three deltas in the world. In the afternoon, return to the hotel.

Option 2: TRADITION WITH THE ARGENTINE GAUCHO AT ESTANCIA "LA ALAMEDA"
Tradition comes from the Latin and means donation or legacy. Tradition tells us about customs, rites and uses handed down from generation to generation. Tradition is what identifies a nation and what makes it different from the others. It is the essence. And each place has its own traditions shown by its way of living and in its art and are kept through the years. Estancia La Alameda invites you to enjoy the typical gaucho menu: "empanadas" and the Argentine "asado" prepared on an iron cross over the fire, accompanied of course by the best wines of the country. The day in the estancia includes riding ancient carriages which will drive you through the gaucho history. For horse-riding lovers, Estancia La Alameda offers the best and docile horses for people of all ages, to enjoy a nice trot or a quick gallop. The rich fauna of the region invites you to silently watch bald coots, black neck swans, herons and many other birds. The photographic safari allows you to take the best vivid pictures of all the species living in the natural reserve. Ring race, horse race, race with leathers and reins test. The amazing skill of our gauchos on their horses can be appreciated trough these typical entertainments of past days that are still practiced by men in the country. In the afternoon, arrival to the hotel.

Day 3 (Buenos Aires)

Free day at leisure. At night Tango Gala dinner Show at "Esquina Carlos Gardel". A special treat as we step into the Buenos Aires night to Esquina Carlos Gardel.
